• We are in-network with many Aetna Extend, Careington, Cigna, Colonial Life, Connecticare, GEHA, Guardian, Equitable, Lincoln Financial, Mutual of Omaha, United Healthcare, and many other PPO/EPO/INO/PDN plans.
• We are in-network with Careington, Access, and AON discount plans.
• We accept most Direct-Reimbursement (DR) plans (ex: Aflac, Physicians Mutual, union DRs).
• We accept assignment of benefits on most out-of-network PPO and Self-Insured plans.
• We are in-network with most United Healthcare, Connecticare Medicare Advantage, and accept Aetna Medicare Advantage Indemnity plans 
• We do NOT take new Husky Medicaid patients.
• We accept assignment of benefits on some DHMO/DMO plans
