Per current regulations and policies, we unable to treat patients/allow guardian who have experienced fever, flu-like symptoms, loss of taste or smell, any illness of any kind, or/and have had contact with COVID-19 infected individuals or/and himself/herself tested positive for COVID-19 in past 21 days.
Before visiting our office, please DO check your temperature at home - if you have fever or fill sick - call to re-schedule.
For everyone safety, we may require everyone entering the office to wear a mask.
Please limit the entrance to only the patient (and one guardian/parent for the patient who is minor or requires guardian/translator).

We may also conduct some evaluations over virtual communication services to help to determine if treatment is needed to be done in the office**.

We do not double-book appointments. If you are unable to come, please call us 48 hours in advance to change your appointment to avoid no-show fees or block on future visits.
